7.15 pounds, 20.5 inches, Looks Like Sister
 Half a pound heavier and half an inch taller than her sister Vanessa at birth. Other than that, the two sisters looked exactly alike at birth. In fact a picture of Vanessa was put next to a picture of Sophie when they were both 1-day old, in the same position. "Incroyable", was the word coming from both mother and grandmother on their resemblance. Like her sister, Sophie has a lot of her mother in her.

Third Chazelle Child Sees Life at 5:01pm
 The Chazelle family increased its size to 5 members as Sophie saw life at 5:01pm today at Shady Grove Hospital. Sylvie, her mother, tired but in great spirits was resting as the rest of the family tried to get a glimpse of Sophie. Sophie's sister, Vanessa, was very proud, and told this reporter that she was going to be a good sister. Raphael, her older brother, promised to help with babysitting. Denis, the proud father, vowed to be home sooner to oversee her education. He immediately offered some advice to his daughter by telling her to stay away from his car keys.
The delivery went well. Sylvie, after the inducement had started at 11:00am, received the epidural shot at noon, and kind of cruised through contractions until 5pm. While there were some complications after the birth, everything was back to normal within a couple of hours and everybody was happy. Doctor Zuckermann, who delivered the baby, was very competent and professional always helping Sylvie to relax. The nurses were terrific. At 9:00 the next day, Sophie got the first visit from her grandparents Waloch, in town for the occasion. "Qu'elle est mignonne" were Grandma's first words, while Grandpa boasted favorably about his 11th grandchild.
